 I was asked to sign an NDA because my Solicitor said the case would not settle otherwise. The process was very quick in comparison to the preparation of my case, it all happened so quickly as in a few days before the scheduled hearing. The impact on my life has been horrendous, I feel I am disappeared and have no voice. I have not been able to return to employment again in my chosen field, a field where I struggled to get to University and obtain my qualifications only to be reduced to a non entity for simply trying to stand up and speak out having witnessed and experiencing horrible events and serious failings in terms of safeguarding.
