Our NDA Informed Training provides practical education about non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), their legitimate uses, and the ways they can be misused to silence people or conceal misconduct.

Designed for employers, employees, unions, organizations, and community leaders, the training explores what NDAs can and cannot do, the power dynamics that can arise when someone is asked to sign, and the potential impacts of confidentiality provisions on individuals, workplaces, and communities.

Participants will learn how to recognize problematic NDA practices, understand the importance of informed consent, and identify approaches that support transparency, accountability, and safer workplaces.

The training is designed to be accessible and inclusive, with opportunities for discussion and questions. It can be adapted for workplaces, unions, rural and remote communities, and other organizations seeking to build greater awareness around the responsible use of NDAs.
