Story 135

My human rights case in a Canadian province was dismissed for refusing a reasonable amount of money in exchange for a release with a non disclosure agreement. I was sexually harassed and faced many instances of retaliation at work, which led to my termination. After termination my former supervisor shared my personal information with acquaintances and I was targeted by my former supervisor's acquaintance. They continued to harm me, however the Provincial Human Rights Commission did not adequately investigate or take my complaint seriously because my former employer offered enough money for the human rights commission to dismiss the case.
