Story 132
I was pushed toward signing an NDA by a large charity after I raised concerns about discrimination. Instead of supporting me, the process became about control, with pressure, deadlines, and no fair opportunity to speak up.
The proposed NDA was indefinite, silencing me completely. I feel trapped, isolated, and financially cornered into agreeing, even though I know it’s wrong. The toll on my health has been severe.
My case is just one example of how charities use NDAs to protect themselves rather than their staff.
