I’m in the middle of nda for the second time. 1. Whistleblower and personal injury and 2. disabled discrimination. Still working and putting students first but very unwell despite accessing all help available. Old My problem is my integrity. Wtf is wrong with people? Greed and egos determine so much in education it is disgraceful . Post nda long recovery and re triggered with the next incident compounding injury. Process of payment to my solicitor or using their own to make it smoother for them is capitalising on vulnerability.
