"..the bill being introduced in Ontario is 'really just window dressing,' [Lawyer Rob} Talach said.

'The ban of NDAs that they propose only applies if there has been a finding' of sexual misconduct, he said. 'If a court, tribunal or arbitrator has found that there was sexual abuse . . . the reality is that a miniscule number (about one per cent) of cases actually go the distance.' "
